Samsung has finally announced its flagship flip phone, the W2019. The smartphone has two AMOLED displays. The second screen features navigation keys as well, so that you can use the phone without having to open it. Though it is a flip phone, it has flagship specifications. Flip Phone in 2019?The Samsung W 2019 has two touchscreen displays and a T9 keyboard. The smartphone was also seen on TENAA but now has been taken down. The TENAA listing reveals the devices measures 132.9 x 63.2 x 17.3 mm and has a 4.2-inch screen size. It runs on the Android operating system, however the Android version is not specified.

The flagship flip phone from Samsung will mostly have its availability restricted to China and not see a global launch. We are slowly and steadily moving closer to that truly bezel-less smartphone. A display wrapped around the front of the phone with no bezels for distraction. But, smartphones or phones, in general, did not start out like that. Flip phones, in particular, used to be extremely famous before touchscreen devices came into being. According to reports, Samsung is planning to launch a flip phone called SM-W2016. Yes, you read correct, a flip phone. While we don’t know what inspired Samsung to do this, we do know that the smart-flip-phone could come with a 3.9 inch display and 1280×768 pixel resolution on each side of the phone cover. The numeric keypad will be at the bottom of the phone, which will run on the Android 5.1.1 with an octa-core Exynos 7420 processor.
