HMD Global owned Nokia launched the first smartphone under its new 7 series last year. Dubbed the Nokia 7.1, it is a mid-range device which was praised for its premium design and capable specifications. It was then revealed a few days ago that the company is working on its successor which will be called the Nokia 7.2. A new report claims that HMD Global is planning to unveil two new Nokia smartphones with 5G capabilities. The handsets are currently being developed with the rumours of a Q3 launch in 2019. The announcement has Nokia follow every other major manufacturers and OEMs incorporating the 5G bandwidth networking in their lineups.
