The Samsung Galaxy S10 5G is the first 5G device from the Korean company. The smartphone features a lot of improvements over its siblings in the Galaxy S10 series like more rear cameras, bigger screen and no MicroSD support for storage expansion. The handset has an all-glass design with IP68 certification for water and dust resistance, 20W fast wireless charging and has support for reverse wireless charging, just like the other devices in the Galaxy S10 series.
In the month of February, Samsung launched its first 5G compatible smartphone which is called the Galaxy S10 5G. Due to inadequate adoption of the 5th Generation of telecommunication, the device was commercially available in limited regions including South Korea.
A report shared by Yonhap News Agency states that the Galaxy S10 5G has seen phenomenal success in the home country. The Samsung Galaxy S10 5G was unveiled by the Korean tech giant alongside its sibling Galaxy S10 series of flagship smartphones in the month of February 2019. However, unlike the Samsung Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10e and Galaxy S10+, the 5G capable variant was not available for purchase with the aforementioned trio. Samsung launched its latest flagship smartphones, the Galaxy S10 lineup back in the month of February. Soon followed by the global launch, the devices made their way to India. The lineup includes three smartphones, the Galaxy S10e, the standard Galaxy S10 and the Galaxy S10+. All the smartphones are loaded with top tier specifications and have a distinctive design with a hole punch display. A month after the launch of the S10 trio in the country, they are temporarily being offered at discounts of up to Rs 15,000.
