Facebook Launches new Mobile Website
m.Facebook.com is the new website that you need to visit if your existing cellphone has internet access but no dedicated App. According to Facebook, the mobile site should be easier to use on thousands of different devices. 250 million mobile users visit Facebook every month, this means that hte company needed a quick workaround for their old and slow mobile website.
“Yes, there is going to be a day when the majority of folks have something that looks more like an Android, but I don’t believe that’s going to happen in the next year, probably not the next two years.” said Facebook head of mobile, Erick Tseng
