BMW Guggenheim Lab Opens Aug 3 in New York, Coming to Mumbai after Berlin , Six – Year Tour
The BMW Guggenheim Lab was launched yesterday at the Manhattan’s East Village. A combination of think tank, public forum, and community center, the Lab will offer free programs that explore the challenges of today’s cities within an innovative mobile structure that was designed to house this urban experiment. Over the next six years, the Lab will travel to nine cities in three successive cycles, each with its own distinct theme and structure, to help raise awareness of urban challenges and yield sustainable benefits for cities around the world.
The project is a way for everyday people to contribute and be lab partners , to solve problems of day to day living in modern tech cities, like New Delhi. the project aid to vastly improve the standard of living in these cities so that the people that reside in it can live a healthier and fitter life
