Moto’s latest budget smartphone is a revision to the existing Moto E gen 2 and long over due. The subtle upgrade offers up only a few changes for the loyalists.

The Moto E3 Power gets its name from the massive 3500 mAh battery and long battery life. This new edition of the Moto E has a 5 inch display with an HD resolution and an 8 MP rear camera with LED flash along with a 5 MP selfie cam

The new Moto E3 Power runs on the MediaTek MT6735P chipset and power through using  2GB of RAM along with 16GB of storage which is expandable using a microSD

Moto-E3-Power-list

The Moto E3 Power supports 4G LTE and the variant launching in India will have VOLTE and dual-SIM functionality.

The Moto E3 Power runs the latest Android 6.0.1, but now that Nougat has started pushing to official phones, the new Moto phones should be getting it too.

The handset is currently listed in Hong Kong for HKD 1,098 or Rs 9,500, but we expect it to launch in India for under Rs. 9000.

Moto India has been teasing a new smartphone on their twitter recently. While earlier thought to be tweets leading up to the Moto Z, the Moto India campaign could be for the next Moto E, considering they are talking about multitasking and good battery life.
