The names are just getting better and better. India’s very own Champion Computers has launched the WPad.

  • Card Reader 4 in 1 (MMC / SD / MS / MS Pro)
  • Weight 1056 Gms.

It is priced at just under 30,000 Rs and may be an excellent buy if even half of Champion’s claims are met.

    Seems a little too to be true. Guess we’ll just have to wait until iGyaan gets their hands on a piece to review.

    Methinks android would have been a better os for the tablet though.

    Though the logo “champion” looks flamboyantly orange but then if the above mentioned facts & figures are right’s its really “must buy” thing at that price , hopefully “Multi-finger touch screen” means capacitive touch screen ,coz resistive touch screens just suck, I have been using Nokia 5800 & then N900 & both are hopeless as far as touch aesthetics & feel are concerned!!
    However in the above said device battery is a real thing to cope up with , considering the weight & costs mentioned it seems that battery life may be not too good or even fairly good..
    desperately waiting for review
